Just yesterday was demoted from his management position on a server called "ComeSurvive". While I have no connection to this server in a staffing / development sense I am a member of the discord and this probably would've gone under my radar if he didn't decide to ping everyone on discord telling everyone to leave the server when he found out he was being demoted due to internal issues. It's clear the OP is immature, not fit to work as a manager, and abusive when his position is in doubt.
I'll be passing this thread on to the owner of the server so they can also put their say from an internal position as to why you shouldn't hire this individual.

Hello, I am the owner of ComeSurvive Network (The server who recently removed Dortex from management):
Here is the issue with him and why I Majorly Devouch this user:
Dortex was brought on by one of my management members to help with staff & marketing strategies. But we quickly found out that he was young, did things at a very quick pace, and was begging for things to be added to the server. He constantly begged for bedrock compatibility to be added after the other management and I said no, constantly begged to be let back into management after first removal, and was very immature overall. My new staff manager brought him back (with my approval) as a moderator but he made comments in our staff discord against me and using a sensitive topic in front of the whole staff team. He is very young, immature, and was not a pleasant experience to work with. I HIGHLY advise you to not work with this user at all.
