Hello, my name is DotTK and I am known for staffing on servers.
I'm looking to potentially staff/manage on an upcoming HCF/Practice server that will have a good playerbase and good ownership.
I am 14 years of age and I have a lot of experience ranging from early 2017.
As a manager I would carefully watch the staff team, carefully pick demotions and promotions, and go through tons of applications daily.

HCLands

Description of server: HCLands was really one of the first "big" HCF servers I got staff on.
They got around 150 player on SOTW and then they had a normal player-count of around 100 players every day.
What I did: I mostly screenshared players, watched chat, and helped people in TeamSpeak. I was very professional at my job and always have been.

Description of server: HCPride got around 100 players on SOTW and then had a good 50 player-ish playerbase. This was my prime at staffing, I knew how to detect a lot of things like Vape, Vape Lite, Indigo, and even more. And I still do to this day. On this server the management team was very strict and made sure we were always doing our best work.
What I did: I did mostly what every other moderator would do, except this time with a little more perseverance. As I said the management team was very strict and very well put together, and the way the server was going I was very motivated to work hard.

Description of server: This server was a multi-ranged server that had SkyBlock, Prisons, Factions, KitPVP, and a lot to offer. It got around 300-400 players daily when I was staff, as it was doing it's best. I really had to work hard and earn respect from all of the staff on this server, with such a big server you need to have the right mindset and perseverance to complete your goals. On Cloud, my goal was to make the server the best it could be.

Description of server: I had recently found a server called PiratesHCF that looked very good, so I decided to make an application for it and I had gotten accepted. The staff team was a huge mess and everybody screamed at me if I tried to help them with Screensharing (Nobody could ScreenShare.)
I was then randomly demoted and set to the 'King' rank. There was the good owner, IbooGamez, and the bad owner which I do not like to mention. His name was Pinh. He was very abusive and aggressive towards me as were other staff members. Most staff members such as Driveable and Paymentz were underage and toxic.
I had banned around 20 people in the timespan of the 3 days I was staff.
I had gotten a promotion on my second day of staffing, as I was doing very well.

I am very good at ScreenSharing, I can find the clients listed below.

Drek

Flusk
Spook
External AutoClickers
Other External Cheats
and many others. I can find all of those with my strings. I have a method that I use that involves PH2 to find strings for clients to detect them.
