I think there should be a download tracker for resources so we can see when and who has downloaded a resource

I could have sworn I suggested this before - probably as a comment since I don't have a thread on this after checking. While this would be a nice quality of life upgrade, I don't think it's really necessary anymore or at least not a top priority. The resource injector recently added should help identify leakers if you're capable of adding it and hiding it in majority of cases. Instead, resource focus should be directed at fixing current issues like the manage license page not loading for several users due to timing the page out with enough buyers and resource review abuse.
Not saying that I'm against this but it's just not super important at this point in time.

hmm, i still think a download tracker would be a nice thing to add. so we the content creators can see who has downloaded ourself

I agree with what you're saying. I think that while being able to see who downloads could be a nice thing, it's far from something that'd receive enough use to justify the development time while we have other more beneficial projects to work on.
