Appreciate the comment but don’t think that’s even slightly close. 75x75 hubs don’t even go for $5, that’s way too cheap.

You're true quality hubs that're 75x75 could go for up to 150 for the top of the line. However, the quality of this is subpar and therefore I'm giving you my opinion on the price point that is appropriate for the quality you're showing.

The dragon needs much work because it looks like you smooshed it between 2 large objects.

The terraforming looks like you blinded yourself and spammed spheres.

The building is decent and is probably a good thing to keep and use in another build, however doesn't seem to make the build come together.

Good luck with getting this appraised at a value you like, however, I will be sticking with my appraisal of $5 since it looks like you copy and pasted a house onto some spheres and then copied and pasted some dragon on it.

Agreed.

Let's say you clean up the terraforming a bit and maybe make the build a bit larger in terms of ground and such to make it more appealing to servers. You might be able to get away with $10 if you make the build exclusive.
