DrakonMC is currently in beta! This is usually the stage where we start to recruit staff members.
I and the other owner currently do not have the time to pursue the full setup of the server so we made the decision to recruit a manager. It will be basically your server; you run it, make decisions, recruit staff. You get the idea, you will run it. I and the other owner will oversee major decisions to the server.
We hire those with the most determination, activity, & skill to the team.
Here are some stuff you might want to know;
Requirements:

- Previous experiences

- An age of 14
- Decent grammar
Expectations:
- Able to follow their rank procedures properly
- Maintaining a polite & respectful environment
- Dedication to the server
- Plugin knowledge
- Management skills
What you will receive:
- 20%-30% of donations after server costs
- A server to run
