You will need to clearly read what I say in order to understand both point of views.
A while ago I signed up for Staff for a skyblock server, I got accepted, promoted as mod, and now am an Admin. A old friend who I shall not disclose his name, but one I had been back and forth friends with for reasons was a manager on this server.
The following happened. I was in the staff discord chatting and this guy showed up, and we started joking and meme-ing around. He stated things about his groin at first, then it went from comments to myself saying "it's to small" then he stated "my body is still growing stfu" something to those lines. The chat then started to get heated as other staff members noticed how weird he was being towards myself and how much more sexually he was getting. It became to the point where after he sent a message he would soon delete it.
Anyway, this turned into a shit show and he started getting more and more sexual towards me, even asking me "do you want to see my d***" before deleting the comment, not before people saw it. This started an investigation and soon shortly he was demoted, though in a dispute he claims he resigned.
2 managers, a mod, a helper and 1 of the 2 owners helped me out with what they could in this situation and this 1 dude/manager was like stated, demoted. He decided before hand to go to my dms and say he was joking, he was sorry if I felt otherwise, etc etc. I told him not to message me, along with another manager. Between blocking him twice, he messaged me when he could. Main reasons to unblocking him was so I could get the proof, and because he was manager a lot of the discord messages on how to do stuff where pasted in the discord by him, so it was hard to click "unblock messages" for over 100+ messages when I needed to get to work as a staff member.
Long story short this user was reported on MCM, though I was not able to provide one statement, the rest where taken up as quoted. "At this point, I don't believe that the points made in this reputation are valid. You say <username here> made inappropriate jokes when you "clearly weren't interested", yet this photo shows that you went with it, expressing no concern. <screenshot of him talking about his d*** and myself saying it's to small> The rest of the evidence is your conversation with him, which doesn't really provide evidence for anything in the reputation, or it is a conversation with someone else. This does not feel anywhere close to being conclusive evidence."
Even with backup and proof of this, staff have decided to let him go without even a warning. Not to mention this user also decided to try to hide the feedback on his profile by getting NON-staff of this skyblock server to give him positive reputation for "being a good staff member to work with and was very helpful with users" etc etc.
I know some people wont care, most will probably trash it and this thread will probably get removed staying that these claims are false or fake or something. Anything to remove the fact that underneath someone's skin there is this stuff happening and people are getting away without warning or anything in that matter. What's your opinion? Is this border line sexual harassment, sexual harassment, or plain and simple? That because I stated "your d*** is to small" that I should be told and even ASKED (to see it) to 'prove' otherwise.
FYI; This kid is like 15-17 while I'm 18. Which would also state this is border line, if not, being a predator if I had accepted any photos from him.
I would also show proof, but deleting out his username from 100+ messages doesn't seem worth my time considering above statements about this post probably getting deleted.
