So I was just wondering which is more worth it, because I am looking at getting one of these. Let me know what you think!

Stylus I'm looking at:

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I'd say go for a drawing tablet if you're only looking to use it to create and draw, the iPad plus stylus is good if you plan on using it for many other things for possible multitasking, the only problem with the iPad to me would possibly be memory. Having a lot of memory used up can slow down the iPad.

You can get a drawing tablet for that price. Kappa
You should go for the drawing tablet.

The fact that the iPad cant detect pressure and can be a little slow.
The tablet should work just fine for what your trying to do with it.

I guess I'll be getting the drawing tablet, but the other question is, which one?? I mean I really like the look of the Intous Draw just because it's smaller and more portable, since I'll be on the go quite a lot, but I'm not sure about the draw quality on it etc. Thanks guys <3

That's not true, the iPad Pro model + Apple Pencil has a ton of pressure sensitivity.
Honestly I think the apple pencil is pretty cool with the super pointy tip and thin design, but the pricing is ridiculous, the charging of it is ridiculous (like they couldn't have made it charge like every other iPhone or whatever, they had to make it stick out the end of the iPad? That's retarded.) AND the fact that it only works on the iPad pro is like -_-

Not trying to turn this thread into yet another Apple vs Wacom debate, but I feel like I need to get this out...

So is all art supplies at any craft store. However, it is still cheaper than a Wacom Cintiq.

To be fair, the Pencil charges extremely fast (like 15 minutes to fully charge 100%)

New technology is coming out all the time. the iPhone 7 are water resistant, so why not complain that your old phone can't do new tricks too?

If you have the money, go for a high-level Cintiq. I study game design, but I have a lot of Game Artists in my class, and from what I hear 80-90% of them agree those drawing tablets are usually the best you can get.

true, couldn't get a good look at your budget from what I saw. I'm afraid my own experience with them ends there, I dont have the skill or the motivation to get working with one.
