I would recommend Wacom. As far as I am aware they are pretty well know (don´t wanna say they are the leader when it comes to graphic tablets) but yeah you should give it a try.

Wacom Intuos Tablet - Medium to just get the hang of digital art, although if you'd like a tablet you can multitask on I also recommend iPad Pro w Apple Pencil. I have both, but I prefer using the iPad. It's nicer doing everything on one screen.

Before you do that make sure you can draw already or are willing to learn it.
Alot of people get their tablet and after a while realise they cant draw and dont want to learn it.

dont make a expensive mistake :p
Completely agree!! It's important to learn traditional art first as you'll need some of those skills to make digital art.

I’ve always used the iPad Pro tbh since I’m so used to ProCreate when getting into it and i prefer to draw on the display. However do realise that Wacom tablets (the standard Intuos ones) are hard to coordinate to begin with and can be demotivating if you can’t get used to it as it is just an input pad and not a display so you would still need to stare at your monitor and table simultaneously to begin with. I’d honestly go for the iPad as it’s a joy to use especially when FULL PHOTOSHOP has been added recently, and because I’m used to it... however, if you’re used to the desktop interfaces, then go for Wacom’s Cintiq range (pricey, but at least you can physically draw onto the display just like the iPad) as most people use them if they can afford them.
