Hiya! I'm a freelance terraformer capable in making beautiful terrains for use within your minecraft worlds and servers!

Terraformer for five years.
Created terrains ranging from 1K-1K to 20K-20K.
I am very experienced in making any terrain for any purpose.

PRICES:

Put simply, I charge $45CAD per 1K (1K-1K= $45, 2K-2K= $90, 3K-3K= $135, etc) with an additional 25% deposit at the beginning of a commission to hold your spot!. Do note as well that more complex maps may cost more!

TIMEFRAMES:

Timeframes are entirely dependent on complexity of the terrain request, and will be stated during the commission process.

TOS [TERMS OF SERVICE]:

All maps I create are for profit, meaning no freebies!
Map prices are based on size and complexity.
It is required to pay a 25% deposit fee at the beginning of a commission to hold your spot and so I may begin building your terrain, failing to oblige will result in your commission to be canceled.
I hold the right to keep the down payment if the client chooses to cancel the commission.
The only time i will offer refunds is if the terrain has a major flaw/glitch/mistake, but I will attempt to fix the mistake before offering a refund.
I will not offer a refund on the terrain not looking exactly how they imagined it, I can only make terrains in my own, unique style and if it does not match your style, there is nothing I can do other than attempting to fix the issues stated.
I hold the right to refuse service if the client is rude, harassing, immature, or excessively demanding, but will be given a second chance before the commission is canceled (Rule four applies).
If a client comes to me within a two week period with a map flaw/glitch/mistake (not a terrain aspect the client doesn't like) I would be more then happy to fix it! I will not help past that two week period.
I hold the right to post your terrain without a download to my page so that people may view the map via images/screenshots/renders.
All payments are to be sent via my paypal. I will not accept payments through any other sites. I will not accept payments such as server donations or ranks.
Failing to comply with the TOS will result in your commission being canceled
The client will receive the terms of service once again before the commission and is required to state whether they agree or not.
