Hello! My name is Jacob, I am the Founder of DreamEntertainment!

What DreamEntertainment is, is a Minecraft Amusement Park server! We will be introducing theme parks such as the following:

• Cedar Point
• Six Flags (Great Adventure, New England, Magic Mountain, Over Georgia, Over Texas, Discovery Kingdom + MORE!)
• Universal Orlando Resort
• Walt Disney World
• Bush Gardens (Tampa)
• Sea World (Orlando)
• AND A CUSTOM THEME PARK!

During the Months of September/October/November we will also be introducing:

• Halloween Horror Nights (HHN, Orlando)
• Six Flags Fright Fest
• AND MORE!

Currently we have finished 2 theme parks and are working on a 3rd at the moment. We are looking for Mature, Professional, Active, Committed, and Enthusiastic Staff to come join our team! Almost all the staff positions are PAID. What we are looking for are the following:

• Guest Relations: Helps moderate the staff/server/forums, keeps the magic alive and all the guests entertained!

Requirements:

1. 13+
2. Motivated
3. Active
4. Working well under pressure
5. Friendly

Application:

- How many hours can you spend working on the server
- What in real life park do you know best
- Have you worked in any sort of public relations position before
- What leadership qualities do you have
- What are some guest interaction ideas we can implement on the server
- How do you feel guests should be treated
- How would you respond to an unintelligent question
- How would you discipline a guest who is out of hand
- What makes you a good fit for our Guest Relations team
- How will you show respect to your Managers and fellow Cast Members

Pay:
Once you reach the "Guest Relations" level you will be paid ($5-10/month) depending on work done!

• Imagineer: Builds all the parks and attractions!

Requirements:

- Do you know how to build 1:1? If so, what have you built and explain what it means to build 1:1.
- What do you like building the most? (Roller Coasters, Theme Parks, Cities, Houses, Etc)
- [Important] Please provide a link to pictures/video of previous projects hosted online, and indicate whether they are 1:1. Applications with no pictures or builds will be automatically denied. Taking photos of other people’s builds will also cause your application to be automatically denied.

This can be discussed but we normally pay per project done, so depending on how big it is usually this is the format:

Small: ($5)
Medium: ($20)
Large: ($50)
Enormous: ($100+)

• Technician: Creates ride effects, and make shows! (1 SPOT LEFT!)

I don't understand how a server like this would work, let alone bring in any type of profits. Who wants to experience an amusement ride in a video game? It's a video game.

There is actually quite a large community behind "Entertainment" servers these days. They really became big with all of the recent updates past 1.8. Most servers work with other servers or companies with sponsorships or advertisements as well as welcome player and user donations. I've yet to be 100% caught up on how we make our profits.

Another theme park server I had previously known of, I was friends with an Owner, they set certain parks and rides to a "Premium" and would offer certain donation packages via a buycraft or online store. When a player purchases a package they receive in game perks and access to places that were previously unavailable. I'm not sure if this is what we at Dream plan to offer, however I can imagine us implementing a similar or identical process.

These servers aren't really made for profits though, other servers and communities such as Factions, OP Prisons, Skyblock, Practice, and HCF servers are made for profits and the money. Amusement and Entertainment servers provide a community and rely on the community to support and keep the server running.

Am I the only one who smells a Cease And Desist letter in the mail for this server? It is a remake of Disney parks for people to enjoy in 3d pixels... Am I the only one with trouble processing this? I am highly intrigued with the staffing position. But I'd hate to apply to something I don't understand.
