I have recently started an EarthSMP server and we are looking for people that can help us advance. Let me introduce the server and myself a little.
About Me:
I have been running servers for 2 years and am still running one of the most successful Whitelisted Server relating to Hermitcraft in the MC community (One of the top servers in the whitelist section on Minecraft Server List). I recently started another server called DreamyMC under the same network and I am aiming to expand this into a much larger community.

The current state of the server is active and we have around 400 members on discord and peak at 20 players during weekend in MC. The majority of the gameplay design is done and the server is considered as complete. We have enough budget to propel the server into greater height but require more man power to maintain the community. This is a serious commitment and project and will keep on going until it is successful.
I am looking for ambitious helpers who love to interact with the community, do events, expand players base, and even provide help with making videos.
I am looking for talented configurators who can help us fix bugs on the server and be in charge of balancing + custom item design.
Individuals who contribute to the community will gain valuable experience and become one of the founding staff once the server makes a name.
There will be 2 steps for application:
1) A google form that is required to be filled.
2) 1v1 VC to discuss about further process.
