My name is Bailey Drury, I'm a 14 year old student, aspiring coder and I record on the side. I'm currently looking to help out smaller servers on their staff team and or advertising/community managing. I'm a very mature person and I know how to handle plenty of scenarios. Many people will look at this thread and turn it away due to my young age but I can assure you I am mature and experienced in the field of staff.
I can work with any position really and I understand how to handle plenty of scenarios. I'm more skilled in either a community management position or Moderation but can handle any position I'm given. I'm able to put in at least 15 hours a week to the server(s) I work with and can go more if I have the time.
Experience:
TrollTrioNetwork: Experience: Owner/Founder: [Shut Down] I was the Owner and founder of TrollTrio network before we shut down. We were progressing fast and ready to release but sadly shut down because of time restrictions on the owners part as well as funding issues [I was not funding another owner was] We had three owners though I was the main owner. I handled everything from the website to perms to releasing things to the discord chat. We were an extremely well built staff team but alas had to shut down after 4 months.
Arso Prison: Owner/Co Founder: [On Pause] I am the current owner and co founder of Arso Prison, We are currently working on fixing out plugins and maps up to get everything ready for our beta release. We are taking a short break to focus on our schooling and other things going on in our lives but I will be pursuing Arso prison soon!
NarcoWars: Community Manager/T-Mod: [resigned] I worked with a server called NarcoWars for a good 4 months before resigning from my position. I worked as a Trial moderator handling the chat and going about daily routines like talking to players and reporting higher issues to the higher staff. I was then promoted to Community Manager for the server after creating an affiliate program for them to use and working on events, the event calendar, the police handbook and plenty of other things. I was very trusted among the community and still stick around. I resigned from my position there after wanting to pursue server owning and having extreme time restrictions due to family matters and other things.
Fallout Wyoming: Administrator: [Working With] I am currently an Administrator with an upcoming server called Fallout Wyoming. I work with chat, applications, advertisement and other basic things until we release fully. I've set the MOTD Banner and worked with the plugins a bit to get them working. [3-4 hours a day]
Possible Time Restrictions:
I'm a student so I will be restrained from being on within the time frame of 7 am to 4:30 pm EST from Monday through Friday with a few exceptions. I also am pursuing coding and Youtube so those will be possible time restraints though I doubt it will get in the way. I also have 3 nieces and 2 nephews I have to help take care of every so often so That will cut into my server ontime but shouldn't be too big of a hassle. My family likes to do things once a month or so on the weekends like cookouts or movie trips and things like that so I will have to be off possibly once a month for things like that. The possible only major time restriction besides my schooling is friends which will take up maybe 2 hours of my day aside from schooling so It won't be too bad. If I become Ill I will possibly take a day away from staffing and playing to rest.
Time frame of available hours:
Monday-Friday 3-7 hours per day
Saturday/Sunday 6-8 hours per day
I will be on during that time frame though the week unless something comes up.

I'm a very active, helpful and mature person. I know how to handle almost any situation thrown my way properly. I know how to single out hackers and give proper punishment. If I am needed I will be there, I can multi task very well which could be a plus in some situations. I've learned first hand how punishments work and how to go about handling and dealing punishment.
