I will include the domain name dudeitsagame.com, the website, and hosting with HostGator. It's a business plan and is paid in full until 12/1/18.

The HostGator plan it's on now usually runs for $538 every 3 years. So you are getting an amazing deal.

I am looking for $200.

Edited: Only accept payment via Paypal. All sales are final. Upon payment cleared I will then start the transfer process.

I'm sure the friends and family payment is for people who are your FRIENDS OF FAMILY... you are selling digital goods. Use the correct payment types. You loose a small fee. But it's safer for both parties involved.

Yep I am well aware of that. That's why I have the agree to an agreement and have everything well documented before handing over the accounts. That way when they try to charge me back I have proof that they agreed to the terms and will win the case.
