Duel 1vs1 Plugin [Closed]

Hey lady's and Gentleman,
I'm nees a plugin for my server
I think it dont exist a 1vs1 plugin like this.
At the same time i search a developer for my server team.

Let us talk about the plugin:

One player can request a other player with a command like /1v1 {player}
If the other accept with /1v1 accept they can fight at the position where they are.
No teleport to a arena or something like this!!
They can only do a requests in a radius of 15 blocks.
When the duel start i want that all ohter player will be invisible for the fighters but the other player can see the fighter.
They must fight with his own inventar and dont lose it .
As reward i want do exp.
