Duel Plugin

I'm looking for a quote on a duels plugin that would be able to have all the necessities such as
1. Custom kits made by me
2. editable inventories
3. different map support

and also want it to be posted in chat with an announcement.
Now this is the new part I would like, I would like a betting system implemented where players could place wages on who they may think will win, and on the scoreboard will have the current rate and multiplier by which you will gain if your bet wins!
