know any compatible with 1.7/1.8? (Spigot protocol hack that allows 1.8 to be specific)

what i need is a plugin where you do /duel <plaername> and its sends a request to the playername then if the thing in accepted a gui pops up to chose which gamemode u want which u can edit in the config.. so there would be gapple pot and more... then after the gamemode is chosen you get sent to a duel arena which u you have set the spawns for (spawn1 and spawn2)
