Dueling Plugin

Hello Everyone,
I am currently looking for a coder to make a Dueling plugin that is close to kohi's but with some more features.
I would like the plugin to have Teams (with team tags and stuff), 3v3 queues, 5v5 queues, team queues, and 1v1 queues, an elo system.
I am willing to pay 7 - 10$.
