I am a staff member at ParaPVP; the scoreboard is a complete mimic from ParaPVP's (parapvp.com) practice server, and I wouldn't take any second guesses to think most of the other features are a lower quality mimic too; but this isn't the plugin.

EDIT: The last screenshot is world downloaded of one of our arenas.

Different Plugin. But completely copied all the cosmetics, as you can see by the map and the scoreboard.
