Dumb mods/No AI plugin

Hi there!

For my skyblock server i'm looking for a NO-AI / DUMB MOBS-ANIMALS plugin:

They should not start walking while attacked
They should not stat attacking back when they're being attack ( with sword )

BUT
When transfered while in water stream they should move with the water ( for grinders )
