Dumb question about buycraft

I was just wondering what kind of code does buycraft use, for example like CSS, HTML, JS, etc. Just wondering because I want to start practicing with buycraft.

HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, jQuery is standard.

You need ultimate plan to access html and js.
