I know i am new to this site but if you are hesitant and have good rep then i will go first.

Not trying to call this member out, just saying that you should not buy this product without knowing what you're getting yourself into. The "working" Dungeonrealms plugins do NOT run well unless this member has made edits to them personally to attempt to fix them. The plugins cause random server crashes along with a great number of other bugs/glitches. If you want to dedicate the time to fixing the plugins and making sure they work then that would be really great since DR died a while ago, but be warned you have a lot to fix.

Already sold it to someone already and the code is running fine i have made edits to it it runs smoothly with no lag....
