We need to add a "DWC" (Deal With Caution) rank since it would help people identify people which are suspect and so they reflect they should use a middlemen to deal with them.

Normally people with "DWC" ranks would be

- People who scammed offsite
- People which have a currently have a scam report opened
- People with lots of negative reps
- Or people acting suspiciusly

Also, putting a DWC tag on someone just for having a scam report open while at the same time giving it to actual scammers is a bit unfair no?

We're incredibly strict with our zero-tolerance policy for scamming, and Kamikaze is an example of this.

If someone is guilty they get banned, if they're not they stay unbanned and there is no middleground where a usergroup is appropriate.
