2. Hiring Process
As the buyer, you automatically agree to these terms of service, and these can be changed at any time.
1.1 Upon reaching an agreement of what tasks I should complete as a manager, and what I am paid per week, that amount must be sent upfront. If everything goes smoothly during that week, you are allowed to pay at the end of the next week if you choose to.
1.2 Chargebacks at any time, no matter the reason, are prohibited. If you aren't satisfied with my work, I can offer a complete refund so long as it has not yet been 84 hours from when you hired me. This is my customer satisfaction guarantee.
1.3 Payments will always be sent to the specified email via PayPal Friends & Family. This is to ensure that charging back will not be possible.

2. Hiring Process
2.1 When asking about hiring me, I reserve the right to inquire into your business/server to decide if it interests me, and I can work with it. If I do not feel that working on your server will work for me, I can deny your request.
2.2 If you have hired me and I don't feel satisfied with the situation, I am allowed to resign from my position. If this happens before my week is over, a partial refund will be given, depending on how long I worked.
