Who am I?
Hello, my name is Dylan or tvrn.
i am a 15 year old server manager who is very skills in staffing for servers and developing a staff team. I specialize in staff management for server in HCF and Practicepvp servers. I have been playing these game modes for various years now and had a lot of experience growing my maturity as a staff manager.

What I Can Do
If you hire me as a staff manager I will do the following and more if you ask of me in the interview.
•Conduct Staff Meetings
•Promote Demote Staff
•Read Staff Applicstions
•Conduct Staff Interviews
•Moniter Staff Members
(whatever else you want me to do for the staff aspect of the server)

What Do I Look For From You
Even though you are looking for me I am also looking for things your sever brings such as the following.
•Server Already Developed or mostly developed
•The money for the server and to pay me
•The dedication
•Knowledge of player amount
•developed website
•Domain
(more stuff that I will look for in your interview)

Pay
Paying for my service may vary and you will be given a quote after I receive knowledge of the server. I am cheap and do not ask for much money. I only ask for money to support my well being. Some basic quotes will consist of the following examples 100-150 players = $20 a week. 200-250 players = $40 a week. If I am not active in that week i am not excpecting a paycheck from you.

Experience
As a Server Manager i had a lot of experience to bring my maturity and knowledge up. I owned a Minecraft server 3 years ago that was called SoloKitpvp. It had a range of 30 players on and I held all the staff problems and management by myself. My next experience was I was a mod on Primehcf ranging from 200-400 players. Even though i was not a manager I became familiar and took lessons from the server managers actions on Prime. Another server I had for experience was ZenPvp. This was 2 years ago and it shut down awhile ago but this server ranged 100-300 players. I was server manager for this server and became familiar with mostly everything on this server. I gained knowledge of coding such as java and coding over plugins.
