dynmap Setup

Hi, I'm completely clueless on how to setup dynmap. Is anyone able to help me with this if so please contact me on Discord @ TechniGaming#2311
I'm confused on how to view the dynmap as when I follow its instructions on viewing it, it doesn't work

Aren't you the one who's supposed to be doing the configs for people

I do configs for plugins I use frequently and/or understand. I have worked for several people who have been satisfied with the services I provide. Unfortunately, although usually rare, I don't understand every plugin and/or how it works. This is one of those plugins.
