DynoBot - Delete any messages sent to a channel that ISN'T a certain command

I am using DynoBot to do some auto commands in my server, but I am stuck on one thing. Basically, there is a welcome channel, with rules etc. The user has to type "?agree" which changes their role to a full member and allows access to the server. Is there anyway to delete all messages that AREN'T "?agree" as soon as they are sent?

I think DynoBot won't support this anymore.. any other ideas what bot or function could offer this?
