So, if you were the CEO of Amazon what would you improve and why to make it better for customers?

And

If you were the CEO eBay what would you improve and why to make it better for sellers and buyers?

Just curious to know people's idea on this really. Plus, may help me for a project of mine.

Amazon is already good enough for the customers. Time to actually treat the employees like humans now... especially the delivery drivers.

Only bought from Amazon a couple of times, but buy stuff on ebay quite frequently...
Honestly, I think there's not much room for improvement - It's already safe for both buyers and sellers, easy to find what you're looking for, not much that can go wrong.
Only issue I've ever had was setting the correct postage costs for shipping from Greece when selling on the UK site.

Well, I live here in the Netherlands. Ebay and Amazon is not as popular over here then it is in America. I honestly never bought anything from ebay or amazon. I think right here the dutch companies are doing a much greater job for here. You get the product delivered at home by tomorrow, they have a much nicer design and their website and app is easier to use.

Once you start an website like Amazon or Ebay, I think it is very good to manage it so the user find 99.99% of the time what they search and you have a good search bar with the images coming up so the user knows what the computer actually found for that keyword which I haven't seen on Amazon but all the companies here have it. It is also very important to get connected with the customers in any way, advertising on tv maybe but what is the most important is that you have a good website and app that doesnt look terrible if you have no name build up like Amazon, everyone in the world knows amazon probaly so you would not think it is a risk to buy at amazon, even if it had a terrible design. I think if you build a new company like them it is very important to build that good design and clear easy to use website with next day delivery.
