Re read that your referring to Troy not myself, Troy is the director of operations in Dallas he may or may not have worked for you in the past, I oversee the entire business as a whole.

Our DDoS protection is in house were not affiliated with Psychz just in the same Data Center.

Why would they release another companies information to you? Just asking that's the reason there are privacy policies thanks for the good luck though.
