E3 or i5/i7 server 8GB or 16GB RAM SSD

I'm looking for a E3 or i5/i7 server to host a website, teamspeak, and 1 MC server. My budget is $25-$30 a month.

SSD, 8/16GB and basic ddos pro.
US Location east coast.

Ian doesn't have any E3's at that price point, also doesn't stock desktop grade hardware.

No, I just remember him having a sale of E3's at around $30, for 16GB machine with a 120GB SSD, I'm not sure if he's doing this any longer though as I asked him back in June ( 25th ), therefore I tagged him.
