Introduction:Hey! Thanks for checking out our post. We are looking to bring another staff manager onto our team before we release. We will be releasing our network to the public in July and with our accounted marketing we're expecting a steady 150 player base by the end of Summer, with that to expand into the Fall and Winter.
We will be running an Earth Survival and a Skyblock (our own spinoff, will be explained at a later date) server as our first two runner-ups, then after that we have more gamemodes we plan to expand to.
About the position:
A staff manager is expected to oversee operations regarding our staff team alongside any other potential staff managers. You will need to keep a team organized, controlled, and educated to the best of their knowledge. You will be going through staff applications and performing interviews. Staff reports will be required, along with promotions & demotions.
Responsibilities:
- Handling staff meetings
- Managing & organizing a team
- Interviewing potential candidates & reviewing applications
- Keeping a structured system in place
- Reporting back with important information
This position can be paid or voluntary, whichever you are comfortable with. However, we are very for payment.
