Easier Unwatch thread method

I would like an option to "select all" on this page http://prntscr.com/j5fkz3 it is really annoying having to click through each of these to stop getting notifications from it

Or when you reply to a thread, click 'Unwatch Thread' and remember to do so.

If you don't want to automatically watch every thread you reply to, change your settings here:

Under Options, un-check:

- Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply

This seems like a simple solution to the problem. I've never even gone to the page to unfollow threads that I follow and don't understand why you'd want to, but if you can you can just do what Bucket has suggested.
