[Easy $5-10] Terraforming

Hi, I'm just looking for someone who's willing to come onto the server and smoothen out the area near our spawn and make it look nice, I'm looking for it to be a pvp area so it's preferred that it's smoothed out with minimal hills and has a "pvp feel" to it.

If I wasn't already booked completely full, I'd offer to do this.
Since you have already tried yourself, did you use voxelsniper or worldedit? If you used Worldedit, get voxelsniper and watch some tutorials on the basics. I recommend any server owner to understand the basics of WE, Vs and Mcedit, since they can all be used to paste builds around in a multitude of ways and can be essential for making a server look polished.

I currently use Voxel, I was filling the area, because it was actually an island basically. And I was smoothing & melting the remaining portion. It's not that I can't do it..I just want it to look nice which I can't do.

Well, I'd suggest you try using the brush /b bb. It sorta messes with different terrain layers, but on pure rock its very powerful. 10x more powerful than any other in-game smoothing tool.
