I buy from slut, and I've not had any issues with buying and getting limited, however, I do see how selling can get your account limited from microtransactions, but if you have a verified business account it's not an issue.

there were problems with this like a year ago but i read that slut.io had fixed the problem.

Slut.io isn't the issue, it's the people your dealing with.
Basically they have fake business paypals, not verified and selling illegal/against paypal's TOS stuff so paypal blocks them and you are buying from them, aka buying the illegal/against paypal's TOS stuff and you get the same action as they receive
