More Details
I am in the process of developing a unique gangs/factions plugin for a new server. I main goal is to provide a custom plugin that is innovative, exciting, and pleases the community. I figured the best way to know what players want is by actually ASKING them! Applicants will submit an idea for a gangs/factions plugin to my skype. The most extensive, detailed, and exciting idea will be chosen as the winner and the applicant who submitted it will get $5 transferred to their paypal. The winning idea will be implemented in the server.

By submitting an idea you are signing off on any claims/credits/holds on the idea. By submitting an idea, you are giving me the right to use your idea in anyway I wish to.
I also will have the final say on the winner and the deadline for submissions is subject to change.

Make a plguin that NPCS could Co-Opperate with you in missions, you can tell them who to attack , and what kind of missions they need to accomplish.
You can level them up by completing missions and giving them "Level Up Shreds" LUP for short.

Interesting idea! I am not sure it would quite fit into a factions/gangs server though

I think it could be a really good feature to have compnanions who follow you around and helping you out in Heists ;d
