Hey this is FaziPvP. I am very bad at plugins and its morbid to think about them. I need a plugin for my kit pvp server that will allow quests like if u kill 20 people u get a reward stuff like that. Add me on Skype I have no budget but I can tell if you are over pricing! Skype: FaziPvP

I have just finished one of these, are you wanting a separate plugin or implemented into your core? It also depends how you do killstreaks, do you use XP?

Join the server and add me on skype server ip mc.legionfights.com skype FaziPvP and yes it's kill streaks kills and when u get kills u get levels
