easy simple plugin need it done ASAP

I need a plugin that does /killall mobs every 30 minutes (I should be able to configure the time in a config) but the default should be 30 mins, each 30 mins the command will be ran in all worlds making all mobs die every 30 minutes. This is to decrease lag since people use spawners a lot.

You could put it in the announcement plugin if you have one.

But wouldnt that just show thw command as a message in chat not as a comand?
