(Easy to make) Spigot Fork

Hey, I'm looking for a really weird 1.8 Spigot fork. Here's the features it needs:

- remove give item pick up sound (change give command to add directly to inventory)
- fix give command bug where if you give 1 item it gives 2
- remove block breaking animation/ sound for other players

I know this seems super weird, but my budget for this project is $50.

This is normal index coding, not a bug... This is just the way java works, with 0 being the index of the first thing, and 1 being the index of the second, and so on...
