Hi there! My name is Maury and I am a member of the EasyWay team.

Nowadays EasyWay has two members:

• EduProArd, a Java developer who specializes in plugins development;
• Im_Maury (me!), a Linux system administrator familar with common Minecraft hosting practices.

Our services are divided into two categories:

Server Starter Kit

Description

Server Starter Kit consists of three bundles, Basic, Plus and Premium, designed to help who bought their first VPS or dedicated server and, on a GNU/Linux environment, doesn't know where to put their hands.

While the Basic bundle includes the essentials for the secure and clean installation of a web control panel, the bundles Plus and Premium add more advanced features and inherit the ones of the previous bundles.

Requirements

• A VPS or a dedicated server
• Debian 8 (recommended), Ubuntu 14.04 (or newer) or CentOS 7
• The access to the server via SSH with the root user or an user in the sudo group

Features and prices

I will...

• install a web control panel of your choice (I recommend PufferPanel)
• install a version of Java optimized for console applications (OpenJDK 8 headless)
• install and secure the LEMP stack (Linux Nginx MariaDB PHP)
• install and secure phpMyAdmin under an hidden url to manage MariaDB
• create an administrative user and disable the log in using the root user via SSH and phpMyAdmin
• prevent brute force attacks from breaking the SSH port by either installing fail2ban or configuring RSA authentication keys
• implement an automatic system of backups to protect important files and MariaDB's databases, either locally or remotely
• close the ports that are unused to enhance the server's security
• make the system security updates automatic

Each bundle comes with an one-month assistance via Skype.

Which bundle should I get?

If you want to host a small private server, the Basic bundle will be more than sufficient.
If you want to host a small public server and you think that you won't ever need a backup system, the Plus bundle will be fine.
If, however, you are going to create a big public network, the Premium bundle is the most suitable.

Payment methods

We only accept PayPal as payment method.

Before starting to work, we will ask for half of the agreed price up front.

Terms of Services

• We will issue refunds only if we won't be able, for whatever reason, to complete a job.
