Hello I recently sold something on eBay and the money was sent with PayPal now the Money is hold, but now I have sent a copy that I sended the Product to the buyer and he confirmed that he received it now I got the money, but the question is now can he still chargeback or not ?

If he lost once, he can't chargeback again.

He didn't lost he just confirmed that the product got sent.

Then he could open a chargeback to say "product wasn't as described" i guess.

If he/she chargeback, just give proof he/she got the product and you don't offer refunds and he will lose the chargeback.

They held it since it was your first/one of your first sales. They do this until the item has been confirmed to have arrived either by tracking number, the buyer or they have a threshold of when it will be released, depending on different factors. Should be nothing to worry about, its a safety feature.
