Hope everyone is doing good, and you don't mind a little spam but I am hairbrained when it comes to this.

I am working on creating a server that is a Skyblock server, (maybe more in the future), but I would like to customize it to the extreme.
I am looking for one or two people who have the knowledge to code java, and setup plugins, etc. I don't mind using plugins for the basics, like LuckPerms, Permx, Etc.

My goal is either a huge custom plugin to handle everything I would need for such a server, or multiple plugins (I could handle setting up temp world/pdata for seasons) or a permanent team member to help dev the server in the future. I will also be looking for custom player animations and more in the future.

I am offering to pay your fee if you are up to creating a plugin that handles mob generation, custom item generation, currency, shops, and everything else an rpg needs.
or
I am offering less (still payed) in the beginning to help dev my server, and a stake in the earning of this server upon open.

Full Disclosure: Timeline is about 6 months more/less due to not whitelisting until I am happy with the server. I do not plan to rush anything, or just skip over compiling errors/warnings in console.
