Hello there reader of this thread!
The name is Echo.

Over the span of 5+ years I've been in countless amounts of staff teams on countless servers, and I've grown to experience a lot of knowledge throughout my time. I've helped manage in servers from small to big as well with doing backend configs things on servers.

Most be reading and thinking if I'm asking to be paid, but in reality I'm not. I enjoy to help out and if you're able to be open and put in the work with communication on ideas, projects, etc then it will be an amazing time working alongside each other.
One thing I can't stand is when an Owner would go M.I.A and not be transparent with the Managers who are there helping them alongside to better the server and make it the best it truly can be.

I would just put them on the thread with skills and all rather than through Discord since that could deter potential recruiters.

Think of it like buying a new phone online but the seller doesn't have the specs listed, so you have to go out your way to message the sellers and have them provide it for you. And if you don't like the specs, it'll just be a waste of time for you and the seller.
BUT that's just a suggestion. Good luck tho :tup:
