I'm sorry but the best trailer editors are still and will likely stay freelancers for the simple fact that large server owners hate working with teams such as yourself. Just to name a few there is Woodzy, Demon, Resilience, and possibly myself depending on who you ask.

bad owner, a description in 2 bullets:
* asked me to make him a video for his studio w/o pay and still hasn't given credit. ()
* very unprofessional, and not very understanding of employees.
