Looking for a developer with +30 rep to make me a plugin like beast withdraw.

We would use beast withdraw but we find there is too many dupe glitches. If you could develop a plugin for me that has no dupe glitches or if you create one that does and we find it out. I need a dev that would be willing to make changes based on request.

Budget: $35

Also a custom config so we can add a custom lore.
If possible we would like the paper to be glowing at the name of the money note would be
