Economy for Factions Server! NEED ASAP! [Payment if Necessary]

Hello MC-Market!

I am currently in need of a worth.yml for my factions server.
The buycraft is store.tempestrealms.net so you have an idea of the amount of real money required for the ingame. NOTE: THOSE PRICES HAVE TO BE HALFED SO the $1,000,000 would be $50USD.

Anyways, back to the main point of this thread.

This factor is necessary, as mobs "stack" when they spawn:
Price of Spawners:
Pig-$40,000
Chicken-$50,000
Sheep-$45,000
Cow-$150,000
Zombie-$70,000
Enderman-$850,000
ZombiePigman-$450,000
Creeper-$450,000
Blaze-$90,000
Wolf-$500,000
Skeleton-$95,000


I need someone to come up with an economy list please! I want the economy to not be too easy to obtain money so I would like the economy to be somewhat "semi-hardcore". I just need the Buy prices(the price the server will sell at, I will use anywhere from 40-60% of that price for the price at what players will sell to the server)
Pricelist must include:

1. All Clay Blocks
2. All Glass Blocks
   
3. Redsand
4. Chests (EnderChest, Normal Chest, Trapped Chest)
5. Enchantment Table and Bookshelves
6. Anvil
7. TNT
8. Redstone, RedStone Torch,Redstone blocks, Redstone Lamps, Redstone Comparator and Repeater, Piston, StickyPiston, Dispenser, Dropper
9. Cobweb
10. Water & Lava Buckets
11. Coal and Coal Blocks, ALL INGOTS and their blocks, Diamonds and diamond blocks,Emerald and Emerald Blocks, Lapis and Lapis Blocks
12. ALL building blocks including chiseled stone etc.
13. Ice, Packed Ice, Sponge, EndStone, GlowStone, Obsidian
14. ALL FOODSTUFFS
15. All items required for Brewing
16. Enderpearls, Blaze rods, gunpowder, both spider eyes, string, rotten flesh, Bow and Arrows, Bones.

I know this is a very big request, we can discuss payment if needed, just PM me. (Free if possible )


NOTE: The Shop is already setup(ItemFrames), I just need the prices in a worth.yml or if you have ItemFrameShops the prices.properties.
