Economy Help

Hi.

I am looking for someone to help setup a really good economy for my new SMP server. We have multiple features and ways to earn cash.

I just want someone to help who is good at balancing all of this sort of stuff without the economy getting out of control or players having too much cash.

We want to heavily encourage player trading and our shop system. We use custom crops as well so we want farming to be a big part of earning cash on the server.
