3.7 Only advertise products and services offered on threads you’ve started.

^^^^^ I can't even advertise my companies thread just because my partner was the thread creator....
I also can't create another thread for it to advertise it or it becomes multithreading it's a little stupid.

Another example. montyburly and nara~kavi 's homework service. Only the thread creator can advertise it...

Lol, im not 100% sure, but I think this means that you cant advertise for someone etc.
Im almost sure that if you were working with somone (nara monty) or managed someone you can advertise that thread.
