Edit to prefixes in misc accounts

Hiya!

In the misc. accounts section, the prefixes are quite unused.
The prefixes are currently:

• All
• Selling
• Free
• Shop
• Buying
• Other
• Pokemon Go
• Steam
• Clash of Clans
• YouTube
• Completed

The ones Pokemon Go, Clash of Clans and steam are very underused, threads selling this type of account seem to use the Selling tag more than a specific one.

My suggestion is to either implement some sort of way to enter the account type as the prefix, or to get rid of these prefixes:

• Other
• Pokemon Go
• Steam
• Clash of Clans
• YouTube
