I was looking around youtube for some effects and then I found this
So then I wondered how do people do the thing in the beginning, the double image. Is it some sort of effect? Ifso which one. Or am I just dumb and is it something else?

I assume its just a duplications that is bigger and then you blur it.

dupe, scale up, move 1 layer behind original logo, S_blur it
