Edits Done To Premade Website

Hello!
I am in a serious need of a cheap web developer who will DO THE JOB!
I have contacted many people, but being lazy, they didnt do much.
So, I need a real, hard working Dev.

Now, these edits aren't the biggest edits ever.
Everything is already done, so there isn't too much work, but like I said before, its just minor to medium edits, and only a few of those at that.

BUT thats optional, I can find someone else to do that.

Well, I did that on my last thread, but that didnt go as well, because people contacted me who could barely do what I asked.
This time, I want people that can 100% edit my website, not just barely.

So just as a question, your looking for a very hard working dev to do a lot of work for cheap? Correct me if im wrong here by all means, but thats an unlikely combination.
