I currently use this tool to replace blocks in a map (https://github.com/rutgerkok/ClimateChanger) however it doesn't work with any blocks added in 1.9 or later. Which means I cant use it for something I need. I have had a look at it and it uses a lib called hammer. Getting it to work with 1.9+ blocks should just be a matter of editing this (https://github.com/rutgerkok/Hammer/blob/master/src/main/resources/blocks_pc.json) to add all the blocks in 1.9 + (Think there is around 10). Then recompite it.
If anyone can do this add me on skype. (icedragon.09) will be willing to pay a small amount that can be negotiated.
